I make another Etsy store banner just one yesterday and already posted it in my Etsy store. I just inspired to make after finishing some designs of my friends. I finished two blog makerover layout for my friends and the banner for sale in my Silkfair store. Here is the customize Etsy banner along with the 125x125 button:
