Since September 15 until now my clear envelopes business grow steadily. I am surprise that this small business will survive and growing. How you will going to establish a certain business? Yesterday we went to the pet store and supplies because they are closing down their store maybe because of the economy. I ask why this store close and other store in this place? There are so many reasons why this will happen. when I started my clear envelopes i search this first and tried to find a company to get my stocks. It takes a month to find it and establish online. I started five sizes only worth $75 in which i borrowed from hubby. Since then i gain some traffics and of course sales. How I did it? I want to tell you my secret and I hope you can get out of it.

1. I join many social networking post some pictures and links.
2. I blog about my business.
3. I make an Etsy treasury many times.
4. I featured some etsy sellers and even put some of their items.
5. Customer service is very important in a business. If you are not good and great to your customers they will not come back anymore. If they like doing business with you, they will even promote your shop and referred their friends.
6. I give discounts specially if they order bigger quantity.
7. I give also a complimentary gift to those who reach certain amount. Last year i started it over $15 now I give complimentary gift if the customer reach over $20.
8. Always answer convos. You need to respond their inquiry as soon as you can.
8. If they bought an item/s you need to ship it as soon as you can.
9. Offer different quantities of your items.
