The most common problem for woman after they give birth is how to get back into their pre-pregnancy body. I'm telling you it's hard. It has been my goal to get back in shape after I gave birth to my first born. It took four years but that goal did not happen. It's hard to achieved something when you are not 100% on it. Losing weight need a lot of hard work and discipline. In fact most people who want to lose weight have taken diet pills just to get a quick result. Aside from that, they are also regular with their program and watch their diet very carefully.
Meanwhile, my plan is after I am done with breast feeding I will go resume my goal. I just gave birth to my beautiful baby boy last week and body is not fully recovered yet. I'm glad my husband is back from Rhode Island and now I can get help I need. My husband was not home when I deliver my second baby. I had to asked help from our neighbors to drove me to the hospital. I was lucky enough to have nice neighbors and church mates who lend a hand and watched my four year old son last week. I have been doing chores around which is good exercise for me.
